I recently tried black caviar for the first time, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. My family recommended Russian Sturgeon and Beluga caviar, and I was amazed by their beautiful flavours. Both were lightly salted, fresh, … More and tender.
Each fish egg was perfectly whole, one to one, with a stunning colour and a delicate, buttery texture. The smooth, creamy finish melted in my mouth—a true indication of the highest quality.
I thoroughly enjoyed both types of caviar and will definitely be purchasing again! -
