You can pay for your purchase using a debit or credit card, or via direct transfer from your PayPal wallet. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. All debit and credit card holders are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize your payment, we are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries of your orders. All payments for orders are made in 100% advance, GBP only.

Delivery price
Delivery within the UK:
– free for purchases over £149;
– if you want delivery on Saturday – then the delivery fee is 10.10 pounds, regardless of the amount of the purchase.
– if your order is over 500 pounds and your order needs to be delivered to London, then delivery is carried out within 2-3 hours on any day (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays – personally by an employee of our company).
Terms of order
Orders are accepted around the clock and every day 7/24. Delivery operates daily, from Monday to Saturday.
An order made today – you will receive the day after tomorrow at a convenient time for you specified during the purchase (before 12 pm or before 8 pm).
An order made on Friday, without additional payment for Saturday delivery – you will receive it only on Tuesday, at a convenient time for you, specified during the purchase (before 12 pm or before 8 pm), since we can only send it to you on Monday.
An order made over 500 pounds in London – free delivery within 2-3 hours on any day (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, personally by an employee of our company).

Special delivery conditions
If you were not at the address specified in the order, then please leave a note for the courier – where it will be more convenient for the courier to leave the package (this place should be near the address specified in the delivery order).
If you need a special code with a number to enter the territory where you live, then you must indicate it when placing an order in order to avoid problems with the courier who will not be able to enter the territory and, of course, will not be able to deliver your package.
If you would like your package to be delivered at a specific time that is convenient for you, please indicate this time when placing your order.
After the courier leaves your parcel at the indicated place in the note, you are fully responsible for the quality, safety and contents of the parcel.

Purchase returns
If your purchase was damaged or spoiled during delivery, London Caviar House is fully responsible for your purchase and will fully refund your money or send a re-package with the same product that was purchased in our online store.
The goal of London Caviar House Ltd is to please our customers with our caviar and all purchases made in our store. Caviar is a perishable product, therefore open the parcel carefully after receiving it and put the caviar in the refrigerator so that it does not lose its valuable qualities. Сaviar has a fairly long shelf life when closed, which is indicated on the lid of the jar. Find the shelf life, specified by the manufacturer, and do not allow storage beyond it. It is necessary to store caviar in the coldest place in your refrigerator, preferably at the very bottom, but not in the freezer compartment, since caviar after defrosting will lose all its taste and nutritional values.
We recommend eating caviar within 36 hours after opening the jar. We do not recommend using a steel teaspoon when eating caviar, as its taste can be changed by the steel spoon. It is advisable to use a mother-of-pearl, gold, or crystal spoon.
